While we know it may seem daunting, using bold colors when designing and styling your home is a great way to add a fun element to your space! Whether you're just adding colorful accents, such as pillows and art, or you're feeling a bit more adventurous and are making bigger commitments, such as design choices and furnishings, adding color can help to complete your look!

Here is a perfect example of taking a risk with color! We chose to go with this yellow upholstered bed for one of the bedrooms at our Blackrock Beach House project as it gives a fun, youthful vibe to the space, while still staying consistent with the upscale feel of the rest of the house.

Pillows, art, and decorative accessories are just a few ways you can easily integrate color without having to spend too much money or take too big of a plunge.

While it is a bigger commitment, getting creative with paint and tile is a great way to make a statement. Check out our blog post on Tile Play for more tips and inspiration!
Designing with bold colors doesn't necessarily have to mean using bright colors. Here are some examples of how we've used black as our bold color statement, cultivating a bit of drama while still keeping with a modern feel.
We hope this post gets you excited about introducing color into your home!

Bold colors in a room can make one furniture choice feel completely different, especially when décor, bedding, lighting, and layout have to work together. Home shoppers often start with the look they want, but delivery timing, damaged items, returns, refunds, product quality, or order changes can shift the focus onto bed bath and beyond customer service contacts once the purchase needs attention. Style ideas are enjoyable, yet the buying experience has to support the project after the order is placed.
