Full Service Design
Construction can be overwhelming, but we’re here to make it feel seamless. Our full-service remodel and construction package is designed to minimize stress from day one. We guide you through the entire journey – from conceptual design to move-in day – ensuring every detail is thoughtful and cohesive. This offering includes mood boards, 3D renderings, space planning, custom millwork, construction drawings, material sourcing, paint selection, and on-site project management. We specialize in working with older homes, but our process is built for any space that needs new life and timeless function.
Home Furnishing
Ready to reimagine your space without the need for a full renovation? We offer furnishing and styling services that elevate your home through new furniture, décor, lighting, and surface selections. We’ll help you visualize everything with mood boards and renderings, then source and install each piece to bring the design to life. Whether you’re filling a newly built space or updating a beloved older home, we’ll ensure the final result feels layered, intentional, and completely you.
Procurement & Storage
Ordering, tracking, and receiving furnishings can be a full-time job (ask us how we know). Our team handles every piece of the procurement process – placing orders, managing vendors, tracking deliveries, inspecting goods, and coordinating white-glove installation. We’ll keep everything organized, stored safely, and ready for install day so your project finishes beautifully, and without chaos.
The Process
PHASE I
Consultation & Fact Finding
We’ll dig deep to understand your design goals, your lifestyle, and how you want your home to feel. Whether you’re restoring a 100-year-old bungalow or updating a newer space to better reflect your style, we’ll learn what makes you happy and what inspires you. Once we understand your vision, we’ll gather all the dimensions, measurements, and project details to create a detailed design plan – complete with budget and timeline – to kick things off smoothly.
PHASE II
Design
We start by creating mood boards and color palettes that reflect the character of your home and the rhythm of your life. From space planning to cabinetry, 3D renderings to custom millwork, we’ll thoughtfully bring every detail to life. For older homes, we prioritize original charm while introducing modern functionality – sourcing materials and finishes that feel both fresh and timeless. You’ll get a full design presentation so you can visualize the whole picture before we begin.
PHASE III
Material Procurement
Once you approve the design, we get to work behind the scenes managing all purchasing and logistics. We coordinate orders with vendors, track deliveries, and store everything at our Goleta warehouse or with one of our partners until it's ready for installation. Whether it’s a one-room refresh or a full-home renovation, we keep the process smooth and stress-free.
PHASE IV
Construction Management
We work hand-in-hand with your General Contractor to make sure construction reflects the design and timeline. Especially in older homes, surprises can happen – our team is there to navigate them with calm, clear guidance. We create detailed construction drawings, coordinate site visits, and advocate on your behalf to keep the project moving forward. Our role is to protect the design and your peace of mind.
PHASE V
Furnishing
From vintage rugs to custom upholstery, we bring in the layers that make your house feel like home. We handle all the styling and installation – making the beds, hanging the art, steaming the drapes – so that your move-in moment is as magical as the home itself. Whether it’s a historic Craftsman or a newly built family home, our final touch ensures the space feels deeply lived-in and deeply loved.
